Archive Plans

Create custom task fields

Apps4.Pro Planner Manager provides the ability to create custom fields in Planner tasks. These fields are available only when Plans are accessed using Apps4.Pro and it can be used for reporting purposes.
It is the field which can be added to the tasks. For ex: Time spent for the task, Priority. These fields are Plan specific and you can set different custom fields for each plans.
You can use the following field types for creating new custom fields.
  • Single / Multi line (Ex: Notes for approver)
  • Date/Time (Ex: Project deadline)
  • Number (Ex: Hours spent for this task)
  • User (Ex: Responsible person for this task)

Copy / Move Tasks from one Plan to another including Attachments

Apps4.Pro Planner Manager gives you the ability to Copy / Move tasks between plans including its attachments and conversations. All you need to do is to select the tasks that needs to be moved to another plan and click Copy / Move tasks and select the target Plan and Bucket. Don’t forget to check 'Include attachments' and 'Include conversations' boxes if you want to migrate those to different plan.

Planner Manager gives an easy way to view and analyse all the tasks assigned to a user across multiple plans, and it’s a much needed feature for a manager to explore the workload of a user and to keep track on tasks assigned to them.
In the reports table view every column contains filters, the Assigned to column filters menu includes the list of user names. selecting the user names in filters menu will change the reports table view and displays only the tasks assigned to the selected user name.
